How to ship your Return

NOTE: Please do not attempt to return or exchange any merchandise marked 'FINAL SALE' or 'Refurbished A+, A, B, C, D', such as fragrances, shampoos, makeup and similar.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please make sure to include information about your order being a RETURN item and the following information to your invoice for / from the courier company, as well as on the outside of your package to ensure correct delivery:

If the above information is not included in the shipping invoice for the selected courier, ShopBetter ApS may decline the return and ship the order back to the customer at their own expense.

Use your preferred shipping carrier.
Any cost of return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.

Repack your items and drop off the package at an authorized Postal Office or Shipment Center (DAO, DHL, PostNord etc.).
